OAO”Neftemaslozavod”, integrated in OAO “Russneft” Refinery Industry, produces quality lubricates and protective rustproof mixtures. The company produces more than 60 items of competitive products, including lube oils, plastic greases and anticorrosion mixtures for the needs of metallurgy, engineering, gas and extractive industries as well as for agriculture, rail and motor transport enterprises and also for ordinary consumers in a comfortable and nice packing. Some kinds of the products are unique and are produced only at OAO “Neftemaslozavod”.
“Neftemaslozavod” started its functioning in 1942during the World War II. In 2007 OAO “Neftemaslozavod” celebrated 65 years since its foundation. During this period the enterprise turned from a small plant which produced lubricants for the needs of the front (1942-1945) into one of the plants in Russia producing lubricants and protective rustproof mixtures. At present the range of products of the enterprise consists of industrial, hydraulic, transmission and motor oils, plastic greases, coolents and technical fluids, technical vaselines, rod wax mixtures , anticorrosion film coatings and other lubricants. 
Among the maim aims of the enterprise are expansion of the range of products, production development of  new kinds of lubricants, industrial oils, inhibitors, the increase of an output and sales of plastic greases and other lubricants. A number of new lubricants have been developed and successfully produced lately for metal, engineering industries and agriculture. 
Availability of its own strong research and development basis, cooperation with industry-leading scientific research institutes allows to develop and release the products considering all customer’s individual demands for all lubricants operating characteristics.
