ООО «Zapadno-Malobalykskoye» OOO “Zapadno-Malobalykskoye” owns a license for the right to use subsurface mineral resources of Zapadno-Malobalykskoye oilfield. Net effective oil pay amounts to 35.1 million tons. Oil production in 2010 amounted to 1.210 million tons. Daily production amounts to 3.202 thousand tons of oil. Operating well stock counts 143 wells, 136 of which are active. In 2010 it was drilled and put into production 13 new wells, including 2 horizontal wells with incremental ultimate recovery of 144.250 thousand tons of oil. 
Special attention is paid to implementation of license agreements on Zapadno-Malobalykskoye oilfield. In fact, all license requirements are being met – the amounts of geological and engineering works, rates of exploitation, starting of development of oil reservoirs in Achimovsky deposits, updating of project documents, estimation of reserves and monitoring of environment. Search of new oil deposits is being continued at the oilfield. In 2011 due to deepening of three exploitation wells and tests in the drilled exploratory wells, there were discovered new oil deposits in the oil reservoirs of US2 Group at Zapadno-Malobalykskoye oilfield.
The priority areas of activity of “ZMB” are implementation of programs on utilization of associated petroleum gas and electrification of oilfields. In connection with limited capacities of Yuzhno-Balyksky gas processing complex the company applies best efforts to achieve and maintain gas utilization at the levels planned by the project documents. In 2010 there was commenced implementation of project providing construction of 8 blocks (18MVA) of gas turbine plants together with the relevant pipelines and electricity network. In 2010 there were carried out construction and installation works on energy complex, which allowed to set gas-turbine electric power plant going. Implementation of this project will practically result in solution of the problem of APG flaring at the oilfield. In the meantime the enterprise will have its own electric power supply.  The program is financed by OJSC Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft”.
