OAO “Udmurt Oil Company” was founded in 1997. The same year the enterprise won the tender on exploitation of Turetskoye, Patrakovskoye and Tzentralnoye oilfields, and now is developing them. Commercial oil production started at these fields in 1998. Operator services on oil production for the enterprise are rendered by OAO “Belkamneft”. In 2010 the company produced 277 thousand tons of oil.
In 2010 at Tzentralnoye oilfield the program of exploration drilling was implemented. Daily production rate of wells ¹ 290 and ¹ 300 at Tzentralnoye oilfield was 75 tons of oil each. The received results far exceed the analogues results for wells drilled at Udmurtiya oilfields.
In 2011 it is planned to continue the implementation of the drilling program at Tzentralnoye oilfield and to start drilling at Patrakovskoye oilfield.
Further development of the drilling program and the use of modern methods of oil production let OAO “RussNeft” develop oilfields efficiently and remain in an uptrend in oil production.
In parallel, works on arrangement and development of engineering infrastructure are in progress. Thus, in 2010 at Tzentralnoye oilfield several industrial facilities were built: oil treatment unit (OTU), pipeline, automobile road. At preliminary water removal unit of Patrakovskoye oilfield within the frames of capital construction program a vertical steel reservoir with a capacity of 1000 cubic meters (RVS1000) was put into operation.
The enterprise has paid particular attention to realization of programs aimed at increase of the level of effective use of associated gas. In December 2010 at Tzentralnoye oilfield a multiphase pump station “ROSSCOR” was put into operation. It is already the second pump station of the company, the first one was put into operation in 2007 at Sosnovskoye oilfield. The introduction of this equipment allows to use associated gas effectively in technological process of oil treatment at OTU “Chernovskoye” and at boiler, servicing base CDPN-3 (ÖÄÏÍ-3). Previously oil was used as raw material in work of these objects. Activity of “ROSSCOR” station will significantly reduce the sulfur crude oil emissions that will improve the environmental situation of the area.
At Patrakovskoye oilfield within the frames of fulfillment of the program on gas utilization in 2010 a universal heat generator of intermitted burning (ÓÒÏÃ-0.18) was put into operation to heat the water-oil emulsion in order to improve the quality of oil dehydration process.
The successful introduction of UTPG-0.18 makes it possible to increase the level of gas utilization at Patrakovskoye oilfield and optimize the process of electricity consumption.
