OAO “Belkamneft” carries out oil treatment and oil production at the territory of Udmurt Republic, The Republic of Bashkortostan and Kirov Region. OAO “Belkamneft” renders operator’s services for enterprises OAO “Belkamneft”, OOO “Udmurtskaya Natsionalnaya Neftianaya Kompania”, OAO “Udmurtskaya Neftianaya Kompaniya”, OOO “Udmurtgeologiya”, OAO “Uralskaya neft”, OOO “Regionalny Neftianoy Konsortsium”, ooo “Ryabovskoye”, OOO “Reshetnikovskaya Neftianaya Kompaniya”, OOO “Okunevskoye”.
 “Belkamneft” group of companies is developing 49 oilfields. Recoverable commercial reserves amount to 85.4 million tons of oil. In 2010 OAO “Belkamneft” produced 3.956 million tons of oil. Over-fulfillment of plan figures amounted to 138 thousand tons or 3.6%.
During 2010 the enterprise carried out 1087 geological and technical measures. All fulfilled activities, including commissioning of new wells, provided increase in daily oil output by 6.9% and incremental ultimate recovery in amount of 627.633 thousand tons of oil.
25 new oil wells were put into operation at eight oilfields: Arlanskoye, Byginskoye, Kambarskoye, Oblastnovskoye, Yuskinskoye, Sosnovskoye, Debesskoye, Tsentralnoye, in addition 23 wells from drilling were put into operation at six oilfields.
In 2010 OAO “Belkamneft” pursued a large-scale investment policy aimed at financing oilfield infrastructure development projects at Udmurt Republic. Total capital investments amounted to 1.8 billion rubles. For implementation of environmental programs 628.34 million rubles was allocated in 2010. The company is ranked second among the largest taxpayers in Udmurtiya. Summarizing the results of 2010, payments to the budgets of all levels amounted to 12.8 billion rubles. The staff of the company counts 4 000 people.
