OOO JV “Chernogorskoye” was founded in 1993 for development of Chernogorskoye oilfield, the central part of which was explored even in 1987. Net effectve pay of Chernogorskoye oilfield is assessed as 10.3 million tons. In August 2004 the JV was incorporated into “RussNeft”.
The operating stock counts 67 producing wells. The main task of the company in 2010 was  to stop production decline and reach stable production with the existing stock of exploitation wells, build up the volumes of extracted hydrocarbons. To reach the target the company applied , first of all, new oil production methods and tried to optimize functioning of the wells.
During the year at the oilfield were performed 37 geologic and engineering operations. They were aimed at stabilization and raizing reservoirs recovery.  In 2010 production level exceeded 120 thousand tons of oil.
Last year 3D seismic survey works were started at Chernogorskoye oilfield. The total volume of the works will make 50 square kilometers. The data of the survey will form up the basis for exploration and exploitation drilling in 2012.
In 2011 it is planned to drill at the oilfield 5 exploitation wells.
