Integration into the structure of NK “RussNeft in September, 2003 permitted ST ZAO “Goloil” to attract new investments and to continue development of the oilfields. The company has a license for development of a subsoil area including four oilfields: Yeguriakhskoye, Yuzhno-Yeguriakhskoye, Vostochno-Golevoye and Golevoye. The net effective pay of hydrocarbons of the subsoil areas belonging to the company is evaluated as 6 million tons.
The main tasks of the company in 2010 – stabilization of oil production at the existing operating stock, which includes 25 oil producing wells, and increasing of the volumes of extracted hydrocarbons. During the year the company performed at the oilfield 11 geological and engineering operations. 3 new wells were put in exploitation. The total annual extent of oil production in 2010 exceeded 240 thousand tons. 
Providing the oilfield with electric power is one of priorities with the company. In 2010 the company put in operation at the oilfield the sixth and the seventh modules of gas piston plant “Jenbacher”.
During the past year at Yeguriakhskoye oilfield there was built a sewage treatment plant. The oilfield was equipped with a new generation conference circuit.
Plans for 2010 include operation drilling of two new wells at Golevoye and Vostochno-Golevoye oilfields.
