The Company runs various Charity Programmes

to support international veterans, including the International Soldiers Committee under the CIS Government Executives Council, 
to support children's homes, educational and cultural institutions, Dmitrov Boarding School for physically deficient children in the Moscow region;
to build a school building in Grozny, Chechnya;
to build a children’s orphanage in the town of Yaroslavl,
to construct and renovate the children’s cardiological health centre in the town of Bryansk,
to assign funds for Khanty-Mansi children to take part in Russia’s annual violinists competition;
to finance the ‘Touch the Child's Heart’ Project of the Bakulev Cardiovascular Surgery Centre, as well as major repairs and purchase of up-to-date diagnostic equipment for the Centre;
to support the All-Russian National Military Fund,
to acquire medical equipment for the children's rehabilitation centre in the town of Raduzhny (Khanty-Mansi AO) ,
to keep up material and technical basis of the Russian State Oil and Gas University after Gubkin, including the repair to a number of the University buildings;
to support religious organizations, including construction of St.John’s of Kronstadt Orthodox Church and a mosque in Raduzhny (Khanty-Mansi AO), a monastery in Megion (Tyumen region), reconstruction of a monastery in Yaroslavl and a mosque in Lobnya (Moscow region);
to build the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Orthodox Temple and a mosque in the Novospassky district of the Ulyanovsk oblast;
to render assistance to Russia’s Jewish Communities Association through financing various charity projects and construction of a synagogue,
to assign means for developing the urban infrastructure of Khanty-Mansi AO, including construction of roads and repair to the central municipal hospital;
to buy 120 ambulance cars for the Ulyanovsk region, 70 cars for Chechnya and 10 car for the Udmurt Health Ministry;
to provide support for Kostroma State National Ballet;
to support A.A. Kalyagin’s Theatre ‘Et Cetera’,
to finance the Terek Football Club,
to provide support for the citizens of Chechnya, including the New Year presents for children and help to the refugees;
to provide support for the Fifth International Children’s Arts Festival “Kinotavrik”,
to provide financial aid to all the children’s homes of the Tomsk region.

RussNeft has set up individual bursaries for needy students of the Russian Economics Academy after G.V.Plekhanov and has been promoting development of the Academy’s scientific, technical and material basis.

Agreement with Moscow State University on setting up a corporate university and providing financial and technical support.

RussNeft provides Support for Social, Charitable and Environment Protection Funds including:

charitable donations to the Moscow Patriarchate and to the Religious Board of Moslems of Russia’s European Region,
a charitable contribution to the Buryat Buddhist Institute in Aginsk Buryat Autonomous Okrug
sponsoring annual International Telecine Forum ‘All Together’,
financing erection of the monument to A.P. Chekhov in the town of Yalta,
building an up-to date sport complex in Aginsk Buryat Autonomous Okrug,
sponsoring the RF Energy Ministry Competition ‘Prometheus’ for the best publication on various issues of the Fuel and Energy Complex,
sponsoring the Moscow International Cinema Festival.

Joint Programmes with Regional Authorities

RussNeft participates in joint programmes with regional authorities in the framework of the agreements with the governments of Udmurtia and Chechnya, administrations of Bryansk and Ulyanovsk regions, Aginsk Buryat Autonomous Okrug, and Raduzhny Municipal Office, including

construction of a hospital in the town of Makhachkala,

construction of a school building to be named ‘Marem’ and two hydropathic treatment facilities in the town of Nazran,

cooperation in cultural and general education programmes in the Republic of Ingushetia,

participation in the arrangement of the West Siberian oilfields anniversary celebrations and in the Town Day festivities of Raduzhny in Khanty-Mansi AO, including construction of the monument to the pioneer geologists;

sponsorship of the junior motor club ‘Belmotorsport’ in the town of Izhevsk,
 
construction of St. Regal Martyrs’ Church in Izhevsk,

construction of St. Michael’s Monastery,

construction of a building for the Udmurt State University’s Oil Faculty,

financing reconstruction of medical, children's and educational institutions of the Ulyanovsk region.
