Marketing of Oil Products
ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" delivers oil products, lubricants from petroleum refineries in Krasnodar, Orsk and from Orenburg refinery. About 88% of production of the Krasnodar PR is delivered on export in view of proximity to ports of the Black sea. About 60% of production of Orsk PR is delivered on export to the countries of far and the near abroad, about 8% of production is realized through the marketing enterprises of ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft", about 32% is delivered to home market of Russia to outside buyers.
Among the buyers of oil products of ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" are wholesale and retail trade companies, leading industrial enterprises, building organizations, state bodies and organizations, as well as cargo and ship agents, brokers assisting in registration and traffic of cargoes.
ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" constantly spends information marketing analysis of the regional markets of oil products, choosing the most effective directions and bases of deliveries. Due to geographical features of location of petroleum refineries, ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" mainly delivers oil products through ports of Black sea – Tuapse, Novorossiysk. Cargoes of our Company are also transferred through terminals of St.Petersburg, Murmansk, Nikolaev, Riga, Taganrog, petroleum storage depots on the river Volga and then go to consumers of the countries of the North-West Europeand the Mediterranean. ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" is one of the basic suppliers of oil products from Russia to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kirghiz Republic by railway transport.

ÎÀÎ «Orsknefteorgsintez» is a manufacturer of 1 group of oils. The volume of production of oils in 2007 has reached the level of about 160 thous. tons. The basic volume of oils is realized in home market to large enterprises of metallurgical and mining industries, automobile industry and machine-tool constructing industry, large petroleum storage depots, and also to alternative manufacturers of oils.
The close geographical location of the factory to boundaries of the countries of Central Asia and China predetermines prospects of deliveries of lubricants to these countries. Deliveries of oils through the port of Astrakhan across Volga, further across Black sea to Turkey and Italy are carried out on regular basis, through ports of Riga and Tallinn the oil is shipped to Great Britain and Belgium.
In long-term plans of the Company after reconstruction is bringing of the factory to manufacture of oils of groups II and II+.
On the factories of ÎÀÎ Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" takes place constant expansion of commodity assortment and quality of oil products. At planning of the structure of assortment of production the tendencies of development of the market, introduction of new environmental standards, alterations of demands and specific needs of final consumers of our oil products are considered. The wide assortment of production output from automobile gasolines to lubricants allows providing large enterprises with the whole spectrum of production consumed by them within the limits of one general agreement.
