By 2013 “RussNeft” is planning to deepen oil processing at refineries up tp 92 % at the expense of upgrading.
Moscow. By 2013 OAO NK “RussNeft” (RUSN01) is planning to deepen oil processing at refineries up tp 92 % at the expense of upgrading. This is said in the company’s report on RAS for the 2nd quarter.

“RussNeft” is planning in 2010 to focus at the development and raising the efficiency of the existing assets. The company is as well going to consider the possibilities of expanding at the expense of acquiring new assets, if such transactions will meet the criteria of efficiency, conventional for the company and increase the total value of the business.

  In the field of production “RussNeft” is planning further building up of production output due to intensification of work and applying high technologies at their oilfields. Geological exploration which provides reserves growth is also among priorities.

OAO NK “RussNeft” is planning expansion of resource base both at the expense of acquiring new license blocks and acquiring companies which possess such licenses, on the assumption of the parameters of investment projects efficiency, conventional for the company. 

In the sphere of oil processing it is plan to continue modernization of oil processing facilities with the aim of increasing the output of light products as well as increasing capacities utilization.

OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” (ORFE) is planning to stabilize the oil throughput at the level 4.8 – 5 million tons. At present the company is implementing a program of modernization of the company which implies reconstruction of the units providing oil stock treatment  for the processes of izomerization and reforming, construction of capacities, upgrading the quality of gasoline and launching ot production of diesel oil Euro-4. 

OAO NK “RussNeft” is planning further widening and reorganization of its distribution net with the aim of raising efficiency and entering new distribution markets.
It is planned to continue upgrading of the net of gas filling stations of OAO “Orenburgnefteproduct” (ORNE).
