“RussNeft” has paid 332,84 million rubles under the 3rd bond coupon of the 1st series
Moscow, June 18, INTERFAX –AFI – OAO NK “RussNeft” has paid 332,84 rubles on account of the 3rd bound coupon of the 1st series, says the message of the oil company. The coupon yield per 1 bond par value 1000 rubles amounted to 46.12 rubles.

“RussNeft” has placed the 1st series bonds for 7 billion rubles in December, 2005. Maturity of   the bonds amounts to five years, the coupon is payable once in half a year.

The rate of the first coupon (the rates of coupons 2-6 are equivalent to it) was determined at the tender in amount of 9,25% p.a. The rate of coupons 7-10 shall be determined by the emitter.

The company placed the bonds with the purpose of attracting long-term financing on favorable terms and repayment of the existing short-term obligations of Russian banks.

“RussNeft”  is numbered among the ten top oil companies of the RF. In 2006, according to the data from CPD of F&EC, the company produced 14.76 million tons of oil.

The company is headed by Mikail Gutseriev, who is the principal beneficiary of the company.
