June 201030.06.201025 million rubles on program of total overhaul of “Orsknefteorgsintez”.Orsk. “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary of Oil and Gas Company “Russneft”, systematically implements the program of total overhaul and replacement of worn out equipment. During 5 months of the program application in 2010 the enterprise has spent more than 25 million rubles. From the beginning of the year as a part of planned overhaul period three technological installations have been completely inspected, equipment replacement and necessary building and erection works have also been made. For example, on “19-6 M” asphaltic installation of the 1st unit the main process equipment is completely inspected and repaired, works on fire-prevention protection of a railway platform of bitumen filling have been accomplished: metal framework for the installation of 4 monitoring holes has been assembled, conduction of all pipelines to them, works on instructions of “Gospozhnadzor” and other supervising organizations, examination of industrial safety of two chimneys of furnaces, increasing of fire resistance of 8 reinforced-concrete columns under a pedestal of capacity drums. For the examination of industrial safety the pipe coil of convention cells on “L-35-11/300” installation of the 2nd unit has been dismantled. Elements of metal frame work and piped coils are replaced. All repair works are made in a high professional level and in time.
