15.06.2005 "Interfax".  RussNeft Finalized Acquisition of 62 Percent Stake of Tomsk Neft.  
NK RussNeft OAO has bought 62 % shares stake of Tomsk Neft ZAO according to the information of the Company.
15.06.2005 "AK&M".  RussNeft Acquired 62-Percent Stake of Tomsk Neft.  
NK RussNeft OAO has acquired 62-percent of voting shares of Tomsk Neft ZAO. The shares were entered onto RussNeft account at the depository on the 9th of June 2005, as the Company informs. Just to remind that beginning from April the oil production of Multitype Company Aganneftegasgeologiya OAO and Tomsk Neft has been consolidated as part of RussNeft.
06.06.2005 "The Business".  RussNeft Needs a Refinery.  
Oil Company RussNeft keeps on growing muscles. The big oil loading terminal initiated lately in the Bryansk oblast has secured relative independence of the Company from Transneft. Presently the Company is thinking about further increase of its crude oil extraction and acquisition of a refinery. It will make RussNeft a complete vertically integrated company of the Vertically Integrated Oil Complex.
06.06.2005 "Petroleum Argus".  RussNeft Intends to Export All the Crude Produced.  
RussNeft is going to start up in June an oil loading pipe-rack of 5 million tons yearly capacity at Zhecha railway station in the Bryansk region. According to President of the Company Mikhail Gutseriev, it will allow RussNeft to export almost all the crude oil produced by the Company.
03.06.2005 "Bloomberg".  RussNeft, the Fastest Growing Oil Company in Russia, to Expand its Export.  
NK RussNeft OAO, the fastest growing oil company in Russia, is going to double its production volumes and bring them to a level of 400 000 barrels per day. The Company also plans to export the most part of its crude thus balancing the slow-down of crude oil production that occurred after the government cracked down Yukos.
03.06.2005 "Commersant".  The Border Terminal to Help RussNeft.  
NK RussNeft OAO has put in operation a five-million-ton-capacity oil loading terminal in Bryansk. Crude oil is to be pumped from the oil pipeline into railway tank-cars and transported by railway to Mozyr and Novopolotsk refineries (Byelorussia), Baltic States and Eastern Europe.

NK RussNeft is planning to buy oil refining assets by the end of 2005 as was stated by the Company President Mikhail Gutseriev at a press conference.
02.06.2005 "Vedomosti".  Gutsriev Cuts a Window to Europe.  
Mikhail Gutseriev's RussNeft has found a way to increase its crude oil export. The Company has constructed a railway oil loading terminal not far from Russia’s border with Byelorussia. The terminal transshipment capacity is 5 million thousand tons of crude per year.
02.06.2005 "RosBusinessConsulting".  RussNeft to Become an International Company Producing 60-80 Million Tons per Year Within 10 Years.  
NK RussNeft OAO intends to become an international company within 10 year with extraction volumes ranging from 60 to 80 thousand tons of crude oil per year. It was announced by RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev at the press conference in the town of Zhecha in the Bryansk region.

NK RussNeft OAO is going to build or to buy a refinery in the time period ranging from 6 months to 2 years. It was announced by President of the Company Mikhail Gutseriev at the press conference in Bryansk.

RussNeft is ready to increase its gas production volumes in case there is access to the Gasprom gas transportation system (GTS), said President of the Company Mikhail Gutseriev at the press conference in Bryansk.

NK RussNeft OAO has launched an oil loading terminal in the Bryansk region. The new facility has a transshipment capacity of 5 million tons of crude oil per year.
