Programs of APG efficient utilization.
Within the frames of this direction the Company has formed and approved programs of APG efficient utilization for 2011-2014. Their realization will make it possible to achieve 95 % level of APG utilization by the Company’s subsidiary enterprises (DAO) according to the Government Decree of the Russian Federation dated 08.01.2009 No.7 “Measures to stimulate air pollution reduction by products of APG combustion at flare facilities”.
Activities of these programs include significant capital investments in the construction of a number of engineering infrastructure objects of all subsidiary enterprises. Total volume of investments in the period of 2011-2014 will reach 6 billion 250 million rubles.
In 2011 within the frames of the APG efficient utilization program:
- Working out of design and estimate documentation for construction and reconstruction of 113 objects
- Construction of gas pipeline “Pump Station at Mokhtikovskoye oilfield –
GTPP at Zapadno-Polydennoye oilfield”
- reconstruction of 62 and construction of 9 new objects was started
- Installation of additional 36 gas metering stations
- technical upgrade of 15 flare systems was
