RussNeft OAO bought assets of TNK-BP and Krasnodarekoneft to the amount of $1 billion. The information was voiced by head of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev. This is to remind that last week RussNeft completed purchase of Saratovneftegaz, Orenburgnefteprodukt, Orsk Refinery, Neftemaslozavod in Orenburg and a refinery in Krasnodarsky krai, Krasnodarekoneft.

RussNeft OAO, one of the most dynamically developing oil companies of Russia, is considering the possibility of conducting initial public offering next year. Of this the reporters were informed by RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev. “We have such plans for next year,” he said answering the question about the IPO. According to him, the company is negotiating this matter with several banks.

RussNeft looks to increase its oil output in 2006 by 51.5% against the 2005 volumes bringing it to 25 million tons. The statement was made by President of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev at a press-conference devoted to the results of the year. At that he pointed out that the current year oil output is going to be 16.5 million tons, end of January 2006 the company will reach a level 18 million tons a year through the acquisition of new assets, and in 2006 – 25 million tons.

RussNeft has come to an agreement in principle with the shareholders of ‘Krasnodar Oil Refinery – Krasnodarekoneft’ ZAO on acquisition of 75% stake at the refinery. With effect from January 2006 RussNeft will assume responsibility and operational control of the refinery, the company said in a statement.

Russian company RussNeft is going to enter Slovakian market and buy 49% of Slovakian Transport Company Transpetrol from Yukos, a major Russia’s oil concern, lawtek.ru reported. RussNeft President Mikhail Gutseriev discussed the matter yesterday at a meeting with Slovakia’s economics minister.

Oil Company RussNeft OOO has become owner of controlling stakes in five oil producing entities of the Tomsk region, according to the official documents of the company. Specifically, RussNeft has come into possession of 51% stake in limited liability companies named Stolbovoye, Poselkovoye, Fedyushkinskoye, Duklinskoye and Grushevoye. The share of RussNeft in the chartered capital of these companies was changed as of the 20th December 2005.

The government of RF is going to back up RussNeft OAO if 49% stake of Slovak Pipeline Company Transpetrol possessed by Yukos is offered for sale, of this was announced today by Andrey Sharonov, chief secretary and deputy minister of the Economic Development Ministry.

Oil Company RussNeft OAO is to start placement of its debut bond issue to 7 billion rubles on December 16, 2005, an official statement of the company said. Earlier this date was mentioned as possible day of RussNeft’s bonds placement by Arthur Saribekov, a CEO of Alfa Bank, the issue leader. At Alfa Bank valuations, the rate of the first coupon covering the bonds to be determined by bidding on the date of placement will be about 9% annual.
09.12.2005 "RBC".  RussNeft Transfers 51% Stake of Sobolinoye ZAO to its Assets and Liabilities Statement (Tomsk Oblast).  
Oil Company RussNeft OAO has come in possession of a controlling stake at Sobolinoye ZAO, an oil producer operating in the Tomsk oblast, RussNeft said in an official statement. So on December 8 the company’s share in the chartered capital of Sobolinoye ZAO boosted from 0% to 51 %.
