Apart from production development (the company comprises the standard-bearer of region’s industry – OAO Saratovneftegaz) and stable tax payments from the very start the oil industry workers have been paying much attention to charity and support to local authorities in relevant social problems resolving. In February the governor Pavel Ipatov and president of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev signed an Agreement on Cooperation. In accordance with the Agreement the oil and gas company shall allocate over 40 mln rubles to the financial backing of charity in the region.
