Aims and objectives of the Charity Fund “RussNeft”

Non-commercial charitable organization “Charity Fund “RussNeft” was founded on October 18, 2006 The fund is registered by the Moscow Department of federal Registration Service, book number 771401269. Charity Fund ”RussNeft”  was founded for implementation of socially significant long-term projects in the field of charity. The Fund  is performing its  in keeping with the best Russian traditions of charity.

The objectives of the Fund encompass social support and protection of citizens, social rehabilitation of invalids and veterans;
promotion of  development of education, culture, art, enlightenment,  intellectual development of individual, contributing in preventive and health protection measures, healthy lifestyle promotion, implementation of ecological programs and environment protection initiatives.

Charitable activity of the Fund is being performed in several programs: ”My city – my country”, “Culture”, “Veteran”, “Temples”, “Native peoples of the North”, “Healthcare”, “Handful of Sunlight”, “Education”, “Green World”, “Sports” . Most programs are designed for social support and protection of citizens, including  improvement of material standing of people with low incomes, social rehabilitation of invalids, veterans of war and labour , orphaned children, children living in orphanages. A number of programs is aimed at implementation of projects in the fields of education, culture, art, enlightenment, their main objective lies in intellectual development of individual. Besides, the Fund  supports the projects promoting healthy lifestyle, contributing to development of  physical culture and sports. A special accent the Fund makes on the programs aimed at support of native minorities of the North., revival of their cultural and ethnic traditions.

One the most prominent projects of the company is the foundation of a corporate university, Higher School of Innovation Business at Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov. www.hsib.msu.ru

Charity Fund “RussNeft”: is a private fund, its budget is formed up from the endowments of Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” and its subsidiaries.
Activity of the Fund is controlled by the Board of the Fund and the Board of Guardians
