August 200706.08.2007“Aganneftegasgeologia”, a subsidiary of "RussNeft" has by the end of the first half-year of 2007 built its daily oil production 60% up to 4.5K tons.OAO MPK “Aganneftegasgeologia”,(ANGG) a subsidiary of OAO Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” has by the end of the first half-year of 2007 built its daily oil production up to 4.5K tons, which is 60% more than the analogous results of the previous year, informs the press-release of the company. These results have been achieved due to dynamic drilling works at Roslavlskoye oilfield. During 2006 the specialists of OAO Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” and “Aganneftegasgeologia” prepared and coordinated project documentation and authorizations for development and exploitation of the oilfield. In the beginning of 2007 ANGG started dynamic works at Roslavlskoye oilfield.
“ANGG” has got the subsoil license for two areas in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, which include three oilfields: Roslavlskoye, Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye and Mogutlorskoye. The effective pay of these oilfields is estimated as more than 13 million tons of commercial reserves.
"RussNeft" is numbered among the top ten oil companies of the RF. In 2006 oil production level amounted to 15 million tons. Net effective pay of the company exceeds 630 million tons. The structure of the company includes 30 producing plants, three refineries, a transport enterprise and a net of 311 gas filling stations.The charter capital of the company amounts to 100 million rubles. For this amount 100 thousand ordinary shares 1000 rubles face value each were emitted.
Net profit of "RussNeft" fell 3.5 times in the first half-year to 2.245 billion rubles.
