The most vivid example of the investing in the Republic of Chechnya is lyceum school No 23, presently under construction. Entrepreneur M. Gutseriev is funding construction of the new school for 540 pupils. The school will replace the one of which the investor himself was a pupil in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny.
