Anti-bribery policy of OAO NK “RussNeft”

The Anti-bribery policy reflects commitment of OAO NK “RussNeft” and its management to high ethic norms and principles of honest and transparent conduct of business as well as the Company’s ambition for improvement of the corporate culture, following the best practices of corporate management and keeping of the holding’s business reputation on a due level.

The Policy has been developed in according with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter and other by-laws of the Company taking in the account universally acknowledged principles and international legislation rules and international agreements as well as the UK Bribery Act 2010.

This Anti-bribery policy is a core document of OAO NK “RussNeft” which determines the key principles and requirements aimed at prevention of bribery and observation by the Company, its Societies, corporate bodies and employees thereof and other people who may act on behalf of the Company of the applicable legislative anti-bribery rules.
