Now the main task of the Government is to make our economy more competitive and modernize it within 10 – 15 years. Meanwhile, the weaknesses of Russian economy and Russian laws became evident over the last years, and it became the main reason for serious activities. The Government has made major decisions including support of real economy, of job markets and banks, and due to these actions they could prevent the worst situation in the country.
We are holding a conversation with the General Director of ÎÀÎ «Ulyanovskneft» Alexander Lazaresku about the crisis and on how it’s hard for the enterprise to survive in times of crisis, how the crisis has limited the development plans of the oil workers and what problems they have to face today.
