“Orsknefteorgsintez” plans to keep the last year's level of refining output in
Orenburg. OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary of “Russneft” (RTS: RUSN), plans to refine 5 mln. tons of oil in 2010, NK reports. In 2009 the refinery processed 5.09 mln. tons of oil.

Thus, the volume of sales of  OAO “Orenburgnefteprodukt”, the largest gas filling network of the region, provided by “Russneft” business-plan, in the present year will increase up to 6% and amount to 624,1 thousand tons.
The main commercial and social activity parameters of “Russneft” subsidiaries at Orenburg Oblast are stated in the cooperation agreement which was signed by the oil company and the government of the region on Tuesday. The Document covers the key parameters of  “Russneft” and the region partnership for three year period.
The report also notes that the company traditionally allows discounts on its own oil products in the period of field works to agricultural producers of Orenburg Oblast.  In 2010 “Russneft” plans to preserve 10% discount on oil products for the agricultural sector.
