ONOS is developing the system of personnel social support
Orsk. "Orsknefteorgsintez", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" is going to develop and improve personnel socialsuppore system. One of the trends of the activity is the program of voluntary medical insurance for the employees of ONOS

In 2009 the costs of diceases prevention, complex patient examination and treatment of the employees of the company within the frameworks of the VMI program amounted to more than 15 million rubles. Almost 1800 kinds of specialized medical services was rendered to the employees of ONOS at the medical institutionof the city and the regions.
