At "Varioganneft" there was held the IV show-contest among the emoloyees of Siberia region for the title "The best one in the profession at OAO NK "RussNeft"
Radizhny, KhMAO. At the production facilities of OAO "Varioganneft" there was held the IV show-contest among the emoloyees of Siberia region for the title "The best one in the profession at OAO NK "RussNeft" . About 50 employees from 6 enterprises of "RussNeft" : OAO MPC "Aganneftegasgeologia", (Novoagansk), OOO "Agan-Trans" (Novoagansk), OAO "Varioganneft" (Raduzhny), OAO "NAC "Aki-Otyr", (Khanty-Mansiisk), OOO "Zapadno-Malobalykskoye" (Nefteyugansk), ZAO "Tomskaya Neft" (Tomsk).

The contenders to the title of "The best in the profession" competed in 10 nominations: " The best operator of oil and gas production", "The best operator for wells inspection", "The best  electrician for repairs and maintenance of electric equipment", "The best driver", "The best electric and gas welder", "The best operator of SW pumps",  "The best operator of processing units", "The best laboratory assistant for tehnical analysis", "The best fitter for control instruments and automats", "The best mechanician for oilfield equipment".

 

The program of the contest was traditional and included two stages: theoretical and practical . The theoretical part of  the contest gave the participants the opportunity to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge of the basics of the production process and safety rules.  During the practical stage of the contest which was held at production sites of Varioganskoye oilfield, (including oil processing and pumping  shop), the jury assessed professionalism and working skills of the contenders in their everyday working process.

 

According to the results of the two years of contest the first place was given to OAO "Varioganneft". The specialists  of this enterprise took nine first places. The second result was shown by the employees of OAO MPC "Aganneftegasgeologia" - 5 prize places. The third result was shown by the team of OAO "NAK "AKI-OTYR". The fourth and the fifth  places were shared by OOO "Zapadno-Malobalykskoye" and ZAO "Tomskaya Neft'. All the winners and prize-winners of the show-contest of OAO "NK "RussNeft" were given valuable presents and prizes.
